To celebrate 50 years of the iconic Superstar shoe, adidas, JD and legendary rapper Kano teamed up to create the competition #3BarSuperstar - which offers one emerging musician the opportunity of a lifetime to join Kano in the studio for a recording session.

Dex heads back to his hometown in West Drayton to explore his musical journey, and hit up a jam and cypher session with his mates.
